Restorative Dentistry
Fixing your smile matters in order to keep your teeth healthy and happy. We can figure out a plan to restore your teeth while encouraging good dental habits like brushing and flossing.
Restorative Dental Procedures
Dental sealants can be placed on permanent teeth to protect against cavities. The grooves of the teeth are filled with sealant material to prevent food from settling in and causing decay.
Even with healthy eating habits and good oral hygiene, teeth occasionally still have problems and need attention. Keeping teeth healthy sometimes involves fixing them. When dental fillings are necessary, we explain the procedure and try to ease the patient using nitrous oxide or ‘laughing gas.’
There are times when a tooth might need more than a filling. Dr. Yang and her team can evaluate your dental situation to see what might be the best plan to help fix your teeth and keep them healthy.
During dental visits we check to see if patients might need their teeth straightened to improve their smile or help them function better. If there are other dental issues beyond cleanings and fillings we know more dental specialists like orthodontists (dentists that straighten teeth) or oral surgeons (dentists that do dental surgeries ) that are ready to help.
Every patient has dental needs. Dr. Yang and her team work hard to answer dental questions and create positive dental experiences.
